BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that all appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to secure your reservation. It is essential to carefully review the date, time, and technician before confirming your booking.

 

A non-refundable deposit of $31 is required upon booking, with $30 deducted from the total cost on the day of your service, and $1 serving as the service fee. By booking an appointment, you agree to our terms and conditions.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 6 hours before the scheduled date and time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be issued store credit only; no cash refunds will be provided. Failure to appear for your appointment without communication will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

 

Please be aware that we operate a strict policy of no children or extra guests allowed. Our services are for customers only, and no exceptions will be made.

NAIL SOAK OFF:
Please refrain from booking 11 AM appointments if you require a soak-off service.

Please note that you must arrive 1 hour early for your soak-off appointment. If you are late for your soak-off and it extends into your scheduled appointment time, there is a possibility that you may be assigned to a different nail technician.

 

Additionally, please be aware that there will be an additional charge for length, whether it is for a Filling or Full Set service. For Fillings over 4 weeks, an extra $10 fee will be applied in addition to the filling fee.

 

OMBRE EYEBROW (MICROSHADING)

Please be aware that the Semi-permanent make-up procedure typically lasts between 1 to 3 years. It's important to note that semi-permanent make-up is an upgrade from traditional cosmetic tattoos when scheduling your appointment.

When scheduling, please consider the healing time required for the procedure. Proper healing is crucial for optimal results.

OMBRE EYEBROW (FOLLOW UP)

For Ombre Eyebrow procedures, it is recommended to schedule a follow-up appointment 4-6 weeks after the initial procedure. This allows for a thorough examination of the results, as individual skin healing processes can vary.

In preparation for your follow-up appointment, please refrain from tweezing, waxing, or dyeing your brows for at least 7 days prior to ensure optimal results. Additionally, electrolysis should not be performed for a week before your scheduled appointment. Following these guidelines will help ensure the best possible outcome for your Ombre Eyebrow procedure.
