Barry began his beauty journey in 2003 with a skincare course in Jamaica, igniting his passion for enhancing natural beauty. After relocating to the U.S., he spent nearly four years managing five branches of Envy Nail Salon, where he not only oversaw operations but also trained new hires in nail artistry. Barry later pursued advanced studies at The Atelier School of Esthetics, deepening his expertise in skincare and nails.

Now leading a team of over 12 professionals, Barry’s work has been featured in top magazines and recognized for its creativity and excellence. With an eye on the future, he is preparing to enter the field of medical esthetics, driven by his commitment to innovation and a vision to elevate beauty standards even further.

Saundra Fischer is a licensed beauty therapist, and certified educator with an impressive academic and professional background, including credentials in nail, lash, and esthetics across Connecticut and New York. With a passion for education and over 3 decades of hands-on experience, she has trained countless students via hybrid, virtual, and traditional platforms both in the US and internationally. Most have progressed in successful careers both locally and in the diaspora operating successful businesses, as beauty therapists or educators themselves and some have even launched their own successful product lines. Saundra's commitment to excellence has led to national recognition, including features on CVM at Sunrise, HEART TRUST's annual stakeholders conference, and major roles in U.S. beauty licensure advocacy. She currently operates the first minority owned Lucille and Thaddeus Dunn Academy accredited by the office of higher education here in the US

Hailing from Linstead, St. Catherine, Jamaica, Saundra first launched Body Works, a full-service salon which was transformed into Beauty Extremes Training Academy offering NVQJ certification through a partnership with HEART NTA. She went on to earn multiple credentials, including becoming a Tammy Taylor Master Educator and earning a master's degree in Learning and technology, to further her lifelong goal of teaching skills in virtual//hybrid formats. Today, she continues to lead in the industry, offering partnerships to aspiring beauty educators in her home country, across the Caribbean and here in the US.  As she pursues her doctorate in education, Saundra remains dedicated to empowering the next generation of beauty professionals, regardless of race, nationality or backgrounds or personal persuasions both locally and abroad

Kash is a dynamic lash artist, wax technician, and threading expert, proudly bringing the long-held secret East Asian art of eyebrow threading to the local community. Her passion for beauty began early, and in 2015—fresh out of high school—she stepped into the role of salon manager for her mother’s four salons across Brooklyn, Long Island, Manhattan, and Astoria.

For the past decade, Kash has been a staple in Flatbush, Brooklyn, where she offers high-end esthetics services and trains aspiring beauty professionals. Known for her warm personality and exceptional skill, Kash is committed to helping others look and feel their best while empowering the next generation of beauty experts.
